The IU Group is one of Europe's largest education providers with 140,000 students taking studies to invest in their future. After a huge investment by Oakley Capital, the company has embarked on a significant change from education firm to ed-tech, building their entire software platform in house

The Challenge

Despite having an incredible internal hiring team, IU Group had more roles than they were able to support, which led to slower delivery times and plans getting delayed.

The Solution

Initially, the team collaborated on a product manager build-out, transitioning the product culture to a modern tech-first organisation.

Since then, the Berg Search team have deployed hiring squads in both Product, Tech and Data and Go-To-Market, delivering incredible candidates in rapid time.

Outcome

We've made five hires together, including a Director of IT role where we completed the end to end executive search process in just 7 weeks.
