Profitable and bootstrapped, the company has grown revenue 10x in 2025 and is on track to grow a further 2–3x this year, with a ~30-person team across London and New York.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the growing product team and own the core research workflow, while helping build new 0→1 product initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role sitting at the intersection of customers, engineering, design, and commercial teams.

You will own the day-to-day product execution loop, from understanding customer workflows and defining product priorities to driving QA, shipping features, and ensuring adoption. This is a high-ownership IC role with strong growth potential into leadership as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Own roadmap and execution for core product workflows

• Work closely with customers and Customer Success to understand pain points and user needs

• Partner with Engineering & Design to prioritize, scope, and ship features quickly

• Drive QA, testing, launches, and product iteration

• Join customer conversations and demos to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements

What success looks like

• Faster shipping velocity with more high-quality releases and rapid iteration cycles (goal is to ship 1 major new feature per week)

• Increased adoption and engagement of new features and product modules

• Strong customer responsiveness, translating feedback into shipped improvements quickly

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience shipping and iterating B2B SaaS products in fast-moving environments

• Strong product execution skills with a pragmatic, MVP-first mindset

• Comfortable working directly with users, Customer Success teams, and senior stakeholders

• Able to balance customer needs, technical tradeoffs, and business priorities

• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• Excited by startup environments with high ownership and low bureaucracy

• Comfortable getting into the details and using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to accelerate execution
