On behalf of our client, a European enterprise AI company building production systems inside the institutions that shape the continent, we are recruiting for a Product Owner. Founder-led, deeply technical, and already operating live with major enterprises, they move with startup speed while solving problems at enterprise scale.

The team comes from companies like Y Combinator, Revolut, Meta, Amazon, and JP Morgan. They are building AI systems that optimize how organizations operate, embedding directly inside enterprise workflows and shipping real production outcomes fast. What you'll do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer needs

• Translate complex requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables

• Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Deployment teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate communication across teams

• Drive product discovery, requirement gathering, and solution validation

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform roadmap decisions

• Support product launches, implementation planning, and adoption initiatives

• Identify process improvements and help scale product operations as the company grows

• Ensure successful execution of product initiatives from ideation through deployment

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, Project Management, or similar execution-focused roles

• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills

• Strong ability to structure ambiguous requirements into actionable deliverables

• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations

• Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management capabilities

• Personal interest in technology, AI, and engineering

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
