Finance Manager / Fund Administrator

A growing private markets investment platform is looking to hire a Finance Manager / Controller Funds / Fund Administrator to join its Athens office.


This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an international fund operations team supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other alternative investment structures.


The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Europe and gain exposure to a broad range of fund administration, fund controlling, and investor reporting activities.


Responsibilities

  • Administration of private market investments, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, feeder funds, and direct investments

  • Preparation and development of quarterly fund and investor reporting

  • Support capital calls and distributions processes

  • Assist with liquidity management and cash flow monitoring

  • Support NAV, IRR, and performance reporting activities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fund administration and operational processes

  • Assist the investment and operations teams with fund-related projects and day-to-day activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in:

  • Fund Administration

  • Fund Accounting

  • Fund Operations

  • Fund Controlling

  • Asset Management Operations

  • Audit

  • Financial Reporting

  • Financial Services

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
