On behalf of our client, a fast-growing enterprise AI company, we are seeking a Deployment Strategist.

About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead enterprise AI deployments from initial discovery through to production rollout. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineers to ensure AI solutions are successfully implemented and deliver measurable business impact.

This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working directly with stakeholders, and driving projects forward in fast-paced environments. You'll play a key role in helping enterprise customers adopt AI technologies while shaping deployment best practices as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding and deployment projects for enterprise AI customers

• Define project scope, success metrics, rollout plans, and implementation requirements

• Work closely with customers to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational goals

• Coordinate across Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Manage timelines, priorities, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout deployments

• Support integration planning across APIs, systems, and data flows

• Monitor deployment performance and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes

• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts

• Contribute to the development of scalable deployment and implementation processes

Who You Are

• You have experience in project management, implementation, consulting, deployments, solutions delivery, or customer-facing technical roles

• You have worked with enterprise software, technology products, or digital transformation initiatives

• You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, workflows, and technical systems with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• You have strong stakeholder management skills and can navigate complex environments with multiple decision-makers

• You are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• You are a structured problem-solver who can create clarity in ambiguous situations

• You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and can influence outcomes

• Experience with AI products, automation platforms, SaaS implementations, or technical consulting environments is a strong advantage

• Startup or scale-up experience is considered a plus

• A technical, engineering, or computer science background would be beneficial but is not required
