The role
As an Associate / Associate Consultant, you will support and eventually own key parts of the search process: understanding client needs, mapping markets, sourcing candidates, running interviews, managing processes, and supporting offers through to close.
Depending on your experience, you may also support client relationships, advise hiring managers, and help develop new business over time.
What you’ll do
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear candidate profiles
Map relevant companies, industries, and talent pools
Source and engage high-quality candidates
Run structured candidate interviews and assess fit
Present candidates clearly and commercially to clients
Manage interview processes, feedback, negotiation, and closing
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Develop market expertise in Product, Tech, Data, GTM, or Central Functions
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a strong institution
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, or consulting
Client-facing experience is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English
Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
High ownership, humility, resilience, and strong judgment
